Your right to cancel

Because you are buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, tell us in writing within that period. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

What can’t be returned

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Sealed cosmetics that have been opened: deodorant, body butter, lip balm and hand cream cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for health and hygiene reasons.
• SANOOSI Booch: as a live fermented drink with a short life, kombucha is a perishable good and is exempt from the cancellation right.

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within the cancellation period.

Faulty or damaged goods

None of the above affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the postage you paid.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you proving you have sent them.

How to start a return

Please email hello@sanoosi.com with your order number and a short description of what you would like to do. As every product is poured by hand, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
