Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are treated as arriving on the following Monday.

Where we ship

SANOOSI ships worldwide. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom; orders sent outside the UK have a flat £6 delivery charge.

Delivery times and cost

UK standard delivery is free. For standard delivery, please allow 3–5 working days after dispatch.

UK customers can pay an additional £3.99 at checkout to upgrade postage to next working day.

Kombucha

SANOOSI Booch is a live, fermented drink. It is packed to travel, but please refrigerate it on arrival.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of dispatch, or arrives damaged, get in touch and we will put it right. Damaged goods are covered by your statutory rights and by our returns policy.
