Who you are buying from

To confirmConsumer law requires the trader’s legal name, geographic address and contact details to appear before purchase. These still need to be supplied.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, a batch sells out) we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Our products

Everything is made by hand in small batches, so slight variation in colour, texture and scent between batches is normal and is not a fault. Cosmetic products are supplied with the safety assessments UK law requires. Ingredient lists are shown on each product page and on the product itself. Please read them if you have known allergies.

SANOOSI Booch is a live, fermented drink and is not suitable for everyone. It is not a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Cancelling and returns

Your right to cancel, the exceptions to it, and how refunds work are set out in our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
